Chris has compiled a 49-3 record at Lake Highland with a Florida state championship and another state championship runner up finish. He was the head coach at McDonogh for thirteen years compiling a 257-9 record. His teams won ten IAAM championships and placed two other teams in the finals. His McDonogh teams were #1 in the country for nine straight years and compiled a national record 177 game winning streak. Before McDonogh, he was the head coach at Mt. Hebron compiling five state championships and two #1 national rankings and a 106-9-1 overall record. Chris’s overall high school coaching record is 412-21-1. Chris’s M&D 2014 Black team won 23 tournament championships and the M&D 2019 Black won 25 championships.

Scott brings a wealth of experience including having been a head coach with M&D from its inception in 2001 until 2017. Scott coached the 2005, 2012, and 2018 M&D Black teams. All three teams were widely regarded as the best teams in the country in their age group. Over 60 girls from those teams went onto play collegiate lacrosse. Scott was also the long-time defensive coordinator at McDonogh and Mt Hebron High Schools. Both McDonogh and Mt. Hebron were the top high school girls’ lacrosse teams in the country during his tenure. Scott has been a long-time basketball coach. He was an assistant coach for the men’s basketball team at Johns Hopkins. He was also head coach for a Mt Hebron High School basketball team in 2008 that finished with a 28-0 record and Maryland State Champions. Most recently he has coached girls’ basketball at Howard High School where his teams have won five consecutive Howard County Championships, and six Howard County championships in the last seven years. His 2020 team finished the season with a perfect 25-0 record and advanced to the state championship. The pandemic forced the cancellation of the state championship.

Kaitlin is from Ellicott City, Maryland where she played for M&D Lacrosse and Our Lady of Good Counsel HS until 2010. While at Good Counsel, she helped the  Falcons win four straight WCAC Championships. After High School she went on to play DI lacrosse at Towson University. While at Towson she helped the team to win three Colonial Athletic Conference (CAA)  Championships (2011-2014) and made three NCAA tournament appearances with the Tigers. Her In 2013 she was named the CAA Tournament MVP and in 2014 named team Co-Captain as a Senior.

Her lacrosse career continued when she moved to Chicago and began work with Lakeshore lacrosse as the coach of the National Premier 2022 team, Tournament Director, Recruiting Specialist, and Director of Individual and Small Group Training. In addition to her roles through Lakeshore Lacrosse, Kaitlin also coached the Montini Catholic High School as the Head Coach of the Varsity girls lacrosse program through the 2017 & 2018 seasons and began work as a National Girls Lacrosse League (NGLL) Regional Director in the Midwest.

Upon moving back to the East Coast, she began work as the NGLL Assistant Director as well as the MidAtlantic Regional Director. She also stepped in as an Assistant coach for the Kent Island Girl’s Varsity lacrosse team.  She most recently was the Club Director & Recruiting Coordinator for M&D Lacrosse Orlando from 2019-2022.

Kendall is from Annapolis, Maryland and played for St. Mary’s High School. She continued her lacrosse career as a defensive player for Salisbury and graduated in 2020 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. During her time with the Seagulls, she was a four year starter and helped the Seagulls win the Capital Athletic Conference Championship in 2017 and 2018 and appeared in the NCAA tournament every year. She was named Maverick Women’s Division III Media All-American her senior season.

After graduation she moved to Austin, TX for work and joined the Southwestern Athletics staff in January 2023 as the defensive coordinator and goalie coach for the Women’s Lacrosse team.

In Austin she joined Anderson High School as the JV Head Coach and Varsity Defensive Assistant. In her first season with the Trojans, their JV team won the Division I District Championship and their Varsity program progressed to State Semifinals with 13 players receiving All-District or All-State accolades. She was also a Head Coach for Grit Austin 2028 and 2033 teams and helped run and organize camps, clinics, and practices for youth and high school teams across the Grit organization.

Most recently, Kendall has moved back to Annapolis and is the Varsity Defensive Coordinator for St. Mary’s High School. She also helps coach the M&D Shore 2028 and 2029/2030 Teams.

Arvak has been with M&D since 2002 and spent years coaching M&D 2006 Black, 2011 Black,  2017 Black, and 2022 Red to numerous championships. He has been coaching girls’ lacrosse for over 25 years and coached boys’ JV lacrosse at Glenelg High School for five years prior. 

Arvak was the Head Coach at Southern High School from 2006 to 2020 and has been the Commissioner for SCYA Rec Club in Anne Arundel County for over a decade.

He has been a team-building facilitator since 2000, guiding teams to strengthen communication, trust, and collaboration. He has served as a USA Lacrosse Coaches Development Trainer, a women’s lacrosse official, and the Vice President of the Chesapeake Chapter of USA Lacrosse.

He has also specifically coached goalies for the past 25 years, with players going on to play at Hopkins, Navy, James Madison, Georgetown, Florida, Virginia, USC, Duquesne, Kennesaw State and more.

The coach of the 2021 NGLL National Champions for the 2027 grad year, Coach McCarthy has been the Head boys’ lacrosse Coach at Mount Hebron for the past 14 years. After playing for Mount Hebron in the late 90’s Coach McCarthy went on to play at St. Andrews University where he earned All-Conference honors 4 times, and All- American honors while leading his team to the Division II Final Four. Under Coach McCarthy the Vikings have won Howard County and Maryland State Region titles and had several players earn Player of the Year Honors. Mike also served as head football coach at Mt. Hebron. Mike has coached girls’ youth sports the last three years.

Tammi has been coaching youth lacrosse for North Carroll Girls Lacrosse for five years and coaching youth field hockey for North Carroll Storm for four years, leading her teams to several undefeated seasons. Tammi also serves on the Boards for both programs. She was a four-year Varsity lacrosse player in high school where she earned three MVP awards and a three-year Varsity field hockey player where she also earned three MVP awards. She earned the Helen Louise Streiby Coach’s Lacrosse Scholarship, the National Navy Scholar-Athlete Award and was selected for several All-Star teams including the Maryland Leukemia All Star team in 1992. Tammi attended Loyola University where she earned both a BA and an MBA.

Natalie is entering her 7th year coaching M&D. She opened Marriotts Ridge High School where she and a team of coaches and athletes won 3 state championships. During that time she earned coach of the year honors for Varsity Sports Network, Howard County Times, Baltimore Sun, Washington Post, and ESPN National Coach of the Year. She assisted the Marriotts Ridge Soccer Team as well. Prior to MRHS she coach the varsity lacrosse team for Bethesda Chevy Chase High School where her team won a regional championship and earning coach of the year for the Gazette and assisted the competitive soccer program as well. Before starting her teaching career she was a graduate assistant for McDaniel College where she assisted the lacrosse and field hockey program while earning her masters degree.

As a college athlete she played and captained the soccer and lacrosse teams for Western Maryland College (now McDaniel) where she earned all conference honors in both sports and regional all American honors and participated in the IWLCA senior all star game for lacrosse. For the college she earned the Faith Millard for the senior woman with the most outstanding athletic record.

Coach Creighton has been the 2028 Black head coach for 7 years since 2018. He is currently the athletic director at River Hill High School.  Prior to this position, he was the head coach of the Howard H.S. boys’ lacrosse program for 11 years.  In his 11 years as head coach, his teams compiled a 135-38 record, 6 regional titles, 3 county titles and an undefeated state title in 2015 (19-0).  He was named Baltimore Sun and Washington Post Coach of the Year in 2015 along with being named US Lacrosse Coach of the Year 2013-2015.  In addition, Creighton was named the Maryland public school coach of the year by the state coaches association in 2015. Creighton played his college ball at Salisbury University as a midfielder, playing on three national championship teams (2003-2005) and was an assistant coach for another (2007). He was named a USILA HM All-American, a Scholar All-American and a USILA North-South Senior All-Star during his senior season.  He was also a team captain during his senior campaign.

Matt Haley has over 20 years of experience coaching high school lacrosse. He started his coaching career at his high school alma mater, St Marys Ryken, in Leonardtown, MD, before moving into an assistant coach role at Mt Hebron High School in Ellicott City for the last 15 years.

In his time at Ryken and Mt Hebron, he has helped lead teams to the WCAC Championship,Howard County Championship, two regional championships, and two state finals appearances. He was also named USA Lacrosse Assistance Coach of the Year. He’s incredibly proud of the accomplishments of the players he’s coached, including 8 USA Lacrosse All Americans, 7 USA Lacrosse Academic All Americans, 60+ All County and All Conference Players, and over 40 players who’ve gone on to play at the collegiate level.

Erin played lacrosse at Hofstra University for four seasons from 2018 to 2022, while majoring in biochemistry. During her time at Hofstra University, she earned a place on the IWLCA honor roll, as well as CAA freshman of the week during the 2018 season, and the Hofstra Athletics community service award in 2020. Prior to playing at Hofstra University, she attended Mt. Hebron High School, where she played basketball and field hockey, in addition to lacrosse. She earned all-county honors and was named the Mt. Hebron female athlete of the year during her senior year. She played for the M&D 2018 Black team for 8 seasons, and also coached for the Long Island Top Guns during her time in college. Now, she is pursuing her PhD in Chemical Biology at Johns Hopkins University.

Laura Tittsworth brings an extensive and successful background in both high school and club coaching. She is currently an assistant varsity coach at her alma mater, Mt. Hebron High School, where she was part of the staff that achieved 103 consecutive wins, multiple state championships, and recognition as the top-ranked high school team in the nation.

In club lacrosse, Laura was the head coach of the highly successful 2012 M&D Red team and currently coaches the 2028 Red team. Under her leadership, the team won the NGLL B Division Championship in 2023, captured the Fall Fest title the same year, and consistently makes the playoffs in top-level tournaments.

Laura’s coaching philosophy centers on player development, emphasizing skill improvement, increasing field IQ, working together as a unit, and—most importantly—enjoying every moment on the field.

Mackenzie Wenczkowski enters her 5th year coaching at M&D Lacrosse Club. She graduated from the University of South Carolina in May of 2022 with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and is now working as a Sales Engineer in Baltimore, MD. Wenczkowski played high school lacrosse at South Carroll High School in Sykesville, MD where she was an all-county attacker, Under Armour All-American, and Brine All-American. She was voted captain in both her junior and senior years. She totaled over 130 goals and 75 assists in 3 seasons as she missed her freshman year season due to injury. She was named 2017 Girl’s High School All-Academic and 2017 Jackie Pitts Award Winner by US Lacrosse. She also played club lacrosse for M&D Lacrosse Club for four years under Coach Katie Lee. In addition to lacrosse, she was also the captain of the soccer team and was named an all-county midfielder. Wenczkowski then played D1 lacrosse at Mercer University her freshman year before transferring to the University of South Carolina where she played on the club lacrosse team.

Katie Sunder enters her 4th year coaching at M&D Lacrosse Club. She graduated from Brown University in 2004 with a degree in Economics and worked as an equity sales trader at Stifel Nicolaus / Legg Mason before staying home with her four children.  Katie played lacrosse at Mt. Hebron and won state championships being on the top team in the country – she was All County and All Metro her senior year.  Katie enjoys volunteering at USA Lacrosse and feels so lucky to work with such a talented staff at M&D and great group of girls on 28 Red.

Amanda is entering her 16th year coaching M&D. She is currently the head coach at Marriotts Ridge High School. Amanda just came off a repeat state championship with the Mustangs (21 & 22).  She has helped lead them to five state championships over the past ten years. Amanda has previously coached the 2011 Red team, 2015 Black team, one year with the 2023 Black team, & 3 years with the 2024 Black team before taking the lead with the 2029s. Her 2015s consisted of Tewaaraton Award Winner Megan Taylor, Tewaaraton Award Nominee Jen Giles, current Athletes Unlimited stud Caroline Wakefield, among many others.  In college, she played at Division 3 powerhouse under Coach Nestor at Salisbury University where she helped lead her team to make 4 NCAA tournament appearances, 2 final four appearances, and 1 championship appearance.

Jim is a former Division I athlete at UMBC and member of the Liberty High School Athletic Hall of Fame where he was a three sport varsity athlete.  Since graduating college Jim has coached lacrosse at the youth and high school level. He spent six years as the president of the North Carroll Girls Lacrosse Program which has seen numerous girls play at the club level, including many at M&D. He is currently an assistant coach for the girls lacrosse team at Manchester Valley High School, the number one ranked public school nationally in 2025.  The Mavericks won the 2023 and 2025 2A state championship; finishing both seasons undefeated (19-0).  He also serves as the Vice President of the North Carroll Rec Council and resides in Hampstead, MD with his wife Katie and their 3 daughters.

Melissa graduated from Frostburg State University with a degree in both Health and Physical Education, while competitively playing Field Hockey and Lacrosse. After graduating from FSU, she coached Varsity Girl’s Lacrosse and Field Hockey at Long Reach High School for eight years. She then made a professional change in schools and coaching at the high school level to be able to coach her children’s rec soccer and lacrosse programs for the past 6 years. Melissa is excited to now be able to assistant coach the 2029 team and be part of such an elite club program.

Coach began playing lacrosse as a child growing up in Massapequa, New York. While playing for St. John the Baptist, Coach Senisi was recognized two-times as an all Long Island Defenseman. He then continued playing lacrosse at Dean College in Franklin, Massachusetts and Salisbury University. He was the recipient of the Male Athlete of the Year at Dean College, honored as an All-American Defenseman, and was inducted into their Hall of Fame.

As an experienced teacher in Howard County, Coach Senisi has served as the Defensive Coordinator at both Marriott’s Ridge High School and Centennial High School as well as the Howard Community College Men’s Head Lacrosse Coach. Senisi was named the USA Lacrosse Howard County Coach of the Year for Centennial High School. In addition to his coaching credentials, Coach Senisi has organized and developed several lacrosse camps and programs throughout Maryland.

Coach Jim has had the privilege to serve as an Assistant Coach for M&D 2029 Red from July, 2023 to the present. He is the current Head Varsity Coach of Chapelgate Christian Academy’s Women’s Lacrosse Team. Prior to holding that position, he served as an Assistant Coach for Chapelgate’s Girls Middle School Lacrosse Team.

Coach Jim’s focus is on player development and lacrosse fundamentals. He also has an extensive background coaching girls AAU basketball and recreational baseball, basketball, and soccer. When not on the lacrosse field, Coach Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, 4 children, and 2 golden doodles.

Mary is the head coach for the 2021 IAAM champion St Paul’s school. Mary has a BA from Loyola University in MD where she played both Division 1 field hockey and lacrosse on an athletic scholarship. At Loyola, she was a four-year starter in both sports and was named to the 1987 and 1988 All South Atlantic Lacrosse Teams. Mary was named to the 1980’s All Decade Lacrosse Team for Anne Arundel County, elected to the Severna Park High School Athletic Hall of Fame and nominated to the Greater Baltimore Lacrosse Hall of Fame. She is currently the Varsity Coach for St. Paul’s School for Girls’ lacrosse, in Lutherville. In 2000, Mary earned Coach of the Year honors from the Baltimore Sun. Mary has been coaching for M&D Lacrosse for the past six years. This is her eighth year with M&D 2021 Black.

Shawn is currently the Head Men’s Lacrosse coach at Towson University. Shawn has a broad lacrosse background that includes leading Towson to the NCAA Final Four in 2017. That same year Shawn was named USILA Division 1 Coach of the Year. His Towson teams have made five NCAA tournament appearances. Shawn was a four year starter at Johns Hopkins as both a midfielder and defenseman. He helped lead the Blue Jays to two Final Four appearances.

The coach of the current NGLL national champions for the 2025 division. KJ played college lacrosse for and coached at Loyola University Maryland. As a player, KJ was a three time All American, with IWLCA First Team honors in 1996 and 1997. She led the NCAA in scoring in 1997 and won the Ernest Lagna Award given to Loyola’s top Senior female student-athlete. Additionally, KJ was a member of Team USA, was inducted into the Greater Baltimore Chapter of the US Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2008 and most recently was inducted into Loyola Athletics Hall of Fame in 2014. She also coached at Loyola for 10 years, serving as an Assistant Coach, Associate Head Coach and later as the Head Coach of the Greyhounds.

Zach is a graduate of Mount Hebron High School 1996, played lacrosse for YorkCollege ofPA, where he was a starting attackman and graduated with a Major in Business Administration in 2001. He also earned an MBA from UMUC in 2009. Since 2001, he has worked for his family’s business, Holly Poultry, located in Baltimore, Maryland. He has worked from the ground up to learn all the facets of the business and in 2019 was awarded the position of CEO from the Board of Directors. He lives with his wife and four children in Howard County, where he was born and raised. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time coaching his kids’ teams, cheering on our local sports teams, and hanging out with family and friends.

Jen has vast lacrosse coaching experience. While attending St. Mary’s in Annapolis she was a three-year starter as a goalie in both soccer and lacrosse, earning first team All-County and All-Metro honors in both sports. She was named St. Mary’s Female Athlete of the Year in 1997 and enjoyed a stellar career in lacrosse at James Madison.

Maggie is from the Baltimore Area. She attended Mercy High School in Baltimore where she played lacrosse as a goalie helping the team to the 2011 IAAM B Conference Championship. That year, she was also names the 2011 All-IAAM B Conference goalie for the Magic.

After High School, Maggie went on to play at Stevenson University from 2012 – 2016. She was a standout, helping the team to win the MAC Commonwealth Championship in 2014. The team also made their first NCAA tournament Appearance with Maggie in cage.

Since playing at Stevenson, she has been a volunteer Assistant Coach at Stevenson and has also coached with TLC.

Maggie spends her days working full time as a tech writer and hanging with her dog, Betty, while her fiancé is off fighting fires!

Coach Pat grew up in Maryland and has a long history of playing and coaching in the area. Coach Pat has been with M&D for 4+ years and has helped the M&D 31 Black team to be one of the most competitive and successful teams in the country. Coach Pat has also coached several high school teams, including Maryvale Prep as they won the 2025 Maryland State championship and finished top three nationally. Coach Pat played at the University of Maryland where he was a 1st Team All American and Team Captain. Coach Pat’s brothers and sisters also had successful collegiate playing careers and are all very active within the lacrosse community.

Jesse grew up playing for the Yellow Jackets on Long Island before continuing her lacrosse career at Stony Brook University. She competed for five years with the Seawolves, graduating in 2022. While at Stony Brook, she coached a 2026 team. After graduation, Jesse relocated to the Baltimore area to join USA Lacrosse, where she now serves as the Manager of Coach Development and Education. Currently the assistant coach of the 2031 Black Team, she brings both playing and coaching experience to her role and is passionate about helping coaches grow and positively impact the next generation of athletes

Michael Spencer, a native of Hyattsville, Maryland, began his lacrosse career in middle school playing for Prince George’s Lacrosse Club. He attended Eleanor Roosevelt High School where he was a founding member of the school’s lacrosse team. Michael attended college at Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland. While at Franklin he played soccer and studied International Relations. After Franklin, Michael began his lacrosse coaching career with Alexandria Lacrosse Club. He went on to coach at the high school level at West Potomac High School where he also coached football and wrestling. After four years at West Potomac, Michael moved to Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA. At Episcopal, Michael coached football, lacrosse, soccer, and wrestling. During his tenure at Episcopal, he won two conference titles in football and a state championship in lacrosse. Michael has also coached club lacrosse for Top Caliber, MadLax, and Virginia Lacrosse Club. After eight years at Episcopal, Michael moved to Garrison Forest School where he serves as varsity assistant. Michael serves as a summer camp Director for Game Breakers Lacrosse and Revolution Soccer. Outside of actual coaching, Michael is Level 3 certified in men’s and women’s lacrosse. He is also a trainer in the Coaching Development Program for USA Lacrosse as well as a Sankofa clinician. A trained educator in Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement, Michael believes the mind is an essential part of all athletic development. Michael also owns KOTAPR Lacrosse which provides coaching, consulting, and lacrosse equipment services. Michael feels fortunate and is proud to have coached many athletes who have gone on to play at the collegiate and professional level. He looks forward to bringing his love for lacrosse to M&D.

Kristin grew up in Ellicott City, Maryland, where she was a standout multi-sport athlete, competing in club lacrosse, club soccer, and basketball. At Mt. Hebron High School, she played midfield and defense under renowned coaches Chris and Scott Robinson. Kristin earned All-County honors and was instrumental in leading her team to an undefeated season and a #1 national ranking. She also played elite club lacrosse for PJ Kesmodel, helping her team secure a memorable win over the Australian National Team.
Kristin continued her lacrosse career on scholarship at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She later received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB).
Today, Kristin is a physical therapist at the University of Maryland Medical Center and Shock Trauma Center. She also serves as a faculty member at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where she has been honored with Faculty of the Year awards for her excellence in teaching and clinical mentorship three years in a row.
A passionate coach and mentor, Kristin has led various club teams and camps since graduating. She is a recipient of the Sue Schooley Award, which recognizes coaches who demonstrate exceptional character, integrity, and a commitment to developing players both on and off the field.

Sarah began her college lacrosse career at Lees-McRae College in 2004 before transferring to UMBC, where she played for three seasons (2005–2007) while earning her degree in Economics.

Before her collegiate career, Sarah was a multi-sport athlete at Lake Howell High School in Winter Park, Florida. She competed in lacrosse, soccer, swimming, and cross country, participating in multiple state championships across three sports and capturing a State Championship title in soccer.

Over the years, Sarah has coached a variety of camps and teams, sharing her love for the game and helping athletes reach their potential. She is passionate about developing players both physically and mentally, and her coaching philosophy focuses on building confident, well-rounded athletes who excel on and off the field.

Kasey started playing lacrosse in 2004, when she was in 4th grade. She graduated from Susquehannock High School in 2013 where she played lacrosse all four years of high school.  Kasey developed a strong foundation and deep love for the game during those 9 years.

She went on to continue her education at Millersville University, graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. After college, she spent six years teaching 1st grade at Owings Mills Elementary. She is skilled in working with young children and creating a positive and encouraging environment for learning and growth.

Kat is a beginner lacrosse coach who first fell in love with the game when she started playing in 5th grade. She continued playing lacrosse at Montclair High School in Montclair, NJ.

After attending Loyola University Maryland and making Baltimore her home since graduating college in 2016, she has embraced the local sports communities.

Now an avid runner, Kat has completed four marathons in four different cities, bringing the same discipline and dedication to coaching lacrosse.

Kat is excited to help young players develop their skills and enjoy the game in a supportive environment, just as she experienced from her own coaches growing up.

Cara grew up in Harwood, MD, and attended Southern High School, where she began playing lacrosse her freshman year. Cara quickly fell in love with the sport and continued playing on the D1 Club team at James Madison University for all 4 years. Cara graduated from JMU in 2019 and moved to Georgia for a year, and then to San Diego for 3 years. Cara just moved back to Annapolis from the West Coast!

Rory is from Baltimore where she started playing lacrosse with Catonsville Rec in 2007 before joining Hero’s in 2013. She graduated from Catonsville High School in 2018 where she was a 4-year Varsity player on the girl’s lacrosse team.

She continued her playing career at the University of Mary Washington, competing at the collegiate level from 2018 to 2022 while earning her degree in Mathematics. Rory then pursued a Master’s in Data Science at the University of Virginia, where she stayed involved in the sport as a student manager for the UVA women’s lacrosse program during the 2022–2023 season.

Rory joined M&D as an assistant coach for the 2027 Red team before taking on a head coaching role with the 2033 Black team in 2023. She brings a passion for developing players both on and off the field, along with a deep love for the game.

Reagan plays lacrosse at McDonogh High School and has been on varsity all four years. She is the number 5 ranked player and number 1 ranked goalie in the class of 2026, and is currently committed to play and attend Penn Sate University for the next four years.

Reagan’s primary focus has been coaching goalies and she is excited to share all she has learned with younger players. Lacrosse has always been her passion and she is excited to share her insight with her players this fall. Reagan is joining M&D  2033 Black this season as their Assistant Coach!

Sydney is joining M&D with over 20 years of lacrosse experience both as a player and as a coach. Originally from Medina, Ohio where she won 2 Division I State Championships, she also played club lacrosse for Ohio Premier and Midwestern Force. She graduated and played four years of lacrosse at Loyola University Maryland as a starting midfielder and captain winning multiple Big East and Patriot League championships and seeing several Elite Eight appearances graduating in 2015. She moved to Boston, MA where she was the assistant coach at Newton Country Day School for a season before taking a head coaching position at Buckingham Browne & Nicols School where she coached there for 6 seasons. Sydney also played one season of professional lacrosse with the UWLX playing for Boston Storm in 2018. She coached club with Laxachusetts for the last 9 years before most recently moving back to Baltimore.

Coach Brown is a 2017 graduate of Manchester Valley high and a 2021 graduate from Shepherd University, completing her degree in Sports Marketing.

Regan played 4 years as an attacker for Shepherd. Earning all conference honors in 2 of those years while leading the team in assists as well.

Regan started at M&D in 2018 as a summer coach. Assisting 25 red and later helping the 24 red and black teams. Then, later took a job at Coppermine 28 blue before deciding to return to coach the 33 red team.

Regan currently works in the lacrosse world at STX.

Coach John is returning to M&D as an assistant coach at the 2033 age group after finishing with the M&D 24 black team.

John is a resident of Westminster, Md. He is a phys ed and health teacher with Carroll County public schools, where he has also coached girls lacrosse, basketball, and football for the past 30 years.

During his lacrosse coaching career, John has been part of 4 MPSSAA state championship teams. Coached on 4 teams ranked top 10 in the entire country since 2014. Achieved #1 ranking for M&D 24 black in 5 consecutive years (2018-2023) and watched all 21 players from that club team go on to play college lacrosse.

John also helped coach 24 red ,26 black and 27 red to NGLL championships.

Meghan is from Mount Airy, Maryland, where she played for Hero’s 2021 White from 2014 to 2020. She graduated from Glenelg High School in 2021, going on to play club lacrosse at the University of New Hampshire, where she earned a National Championship in 2023, along with being named an All-American during her career. Meghan graduated from UNH with a B.S. in Social Work and Justice Studies this past spring. While in New Hampshire, Meghan began her coaching career at Dover High School as an Assistant Coach for two seasons.

Liz Hordesky grew up in Hampstead, MD. She havs played lacrosse since rec at the age of 5, continuing on the play club with Skywalkers lacrosse program. She attended Manchester Valley High School and played as a maverick during her high school lacrosse career. SHe continued to play in college, playing at the D3 collegiate level attending Susquehanna University where she had the opportunity to be named a two year captain. She. studied Early Childhood Education and is now teaching Pre-K for Carroll County Public Schools. In addition to teaching in CCPS, she currently co-coaches with the Manchester Valley High School JV lacrosse team. She has loved the journey of coaching so far, and is excited to continue her lacrosse career in a new way, now from a coaching perspective.

Kayonna grew up in Cooksville, Maryland, where she began playing lacrosse at a young age. She played for Hoco Women’s Lacrosse from 2014 to 2016 before finishing out her club career with M&D 2021 Red as a midfielder from 2017 to 2021. She attended Glenelg High School, where she played for 2 years. She continued her career at McDaniel College, where she was a three-year starter on defense and a two-time All-Conference nominee in the Centennial Conference. A recent graduate of McDaniel, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and plans to begin working as a medical assistant before continuing her education in nursing school.

Kat Thayer is a midfielder for McDaniel College’s women’s lacrosse team from Clarksville, Maryland, entering her senior year. She’s been playing lacrosse since 6 years old and played for Cobra and Bitmore. She then continued into high school to become a 4-year varsity player at Reservoir High School. She currently plays for McDaniel College, where she just became the first player in program history to lead the team in goals, assists, points, ground balls, caused turnovers, and draw controls in a singular season. She has also earned recognition from the Centennial Conference, making Second Team All-Conference and Academic All-Centennial.

Coach Jenn Bogus brings a lifelong passion for lacrosse and a deep commitment to player development to every team she coaches. Having started her lacrosse journey in 3rd grade and played competitively with the Skywalkers Club Lacrosse program, Jenn draws on years of experience to help young athletes build strong fundamentals, sharpen their game sense, and grow in confidence.

Her coaching philosophy centers on creating a positive, team-focused environment where players are encouraged to develop at their own pace. Most recently, Jenn led the HoCo Club Lacrosse Devo Team—an exceptionally young and inexperienced group—to a remarkable semi-final finish in the MYLA league, competing against older, more seasoned teams. She also guided the same team to the championship game in their very first tournament, where they fell just short by two goals against a more experienced opponent.

Jenn is committed to helping athletes develop their skills, grow as teammates, and foster a lasting love for the game.

Ashley Keeler (formerly Bruns), a native of Ellicott City, Maryland, is a former standout Division I lacrosse player and a four-year starter at the University of Florida from 2009–2013. As a founding member of the Florida Gators women’s lacrosse program, she played a key role in leading the team to three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances (2011–2013). Ashley remains one of the top players in program history, ranking in the top 10 for goals, assists, and points. Her honors include National Rookie of the Year, ALC Rookie of the Year, multiple All-American awards, and two selections to the IWLCA All-South Region Team.

Before college, she was a highly decorated high school player, earning accolades such as Howard County Player of the Year, US Lacrosse Honorable Mention All-American, and a Tewaaraton Award Nominee.

Ashley also has over five years of Division I coaching experience, serving as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Arizona State, Longwood, and Campbell Universities. She has coached at the high school and club levels with teams like Cactus Shadows High School (AZ), Desert Heat Lacrosse Club (AZ), STORM Elite Lacrosse Club (VA), and M&D Lacrosse Club (MD).

Molly Wolf has coached all levels of lacrosse, from youth to professional. She is a Baltimore native, who attended The Bryn Mawr School and was named a three-time Under Armour All-American and USA Lacrosse High School All-American before becoming a four-year starter at Loyola University Maryland.

While at Loyola, she was named a Division I Third Team All-American, a two-time All-Patriot League selection, and the Patriot League Tournament MVP, ultimately ranking 4th on Loyola’s all-time career saves record.

Following her collegiate career, Molly continued her playing career internationally for the Brighton Bombers in Australia, earning two MVP awards, and professionally in the United States with the Upstate Pride (WPLL) and with Athletes Unlimited Lacrosse.

Molly currently serves as Associate Athletic Director and Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at her high school alma mater The Bryn Mawr School, and serves as the Assistant Coach for the New York Charging in the Women’s Lacrosse League. Additionally, Molly is a National Director for Trilogy Lacrosse. She loves the connections she makes coaching, growing the game she loves, and inspiring the next generation of players.

Sarah Biron is excited for her next steps coaching M&D 2036! Sarah attended High School in Boston at Westwood High School. During her time with the Wolverines she was recognized as the top high school girls’ lacrosse player in Massachusetts by ESPN Boston. She also was a four time Tri-Valley League All-Star, names Boston Globe Player of the Year, Tri-Valley League MVP and US Lacrosse Northeastern Player of the Year.

Sarah continued her lacrosse career at Johns Hopkins University at a two-way midfielder. While there, she played in all 18 games in her rookie season.

Previously, Sarah coached MassElite from 2011-2017 and TLC Red from 2019-2026. She currently coaches the Maryland Select 2030 team and is the assistant lacrosse coach at Notre Dame Prep since 2019.

Liz McAbee (Peregoy) is a 2007 graduate from Loyola University Maryland. She played four years of Loyola women’s varsity lacrosse (2003-2007). She was nominated as senior captain and played defensive midfield. During her time there she lead the team in draw controls, caused turnovers and ground balls.

Post collegiate Liz officiated girls lacrosse, coached club lacrosse, coached at several collegiate camps and held individual lacrosse lessons.

Currently, Coach Liz is the M&D Prep Training coach and runs clinics for 2036-2038s to ready youth athletes for club and rec lacrosse.
